G3 empowers Black girls ages 11–18 through an 8-week program that blends golf training, STEM education, financial literacy, reproductive justice, mentorship, and leadership development. We serve girls in Huntsville’s Edmonton Heights community and Birmingham’s North Birmingham community, bringing opportunity directly to the spaces where it’s most needed.
Our program is led by a first-generation scholar and current STEM PhD student who built G3 to be the program she needed growing up.
Our mission is simple but powerful:
To unlock confidence, opportunity, and community for Black girls by providing access, education, and mentorship rooted in excellence, equity, and joy.
